A nice size room with good WiFi and toiletries and international channels for IDR -2147483648. Unique decoration in the rooms, comfortable and strategic location. Location so close to discovery shopping mall, beach, waterbom and kuta beach and everythung.

Amazing and satisfactory breakfasts for my taste, enjoyed it. The hotel was situated in the very central location to Komodo islands.

the location in a quiet area was marvellous and incredible and there were a market and souvenir stores nearby. there was an amazing restaurant not too far away from the hotel. the breakfast was great for my taste, all the food was excellent.

I stayed at Yan's House for 4 days and 3 nights. The room was amazing with a unique and clean decor. The family room had a bunk bed, king bed, and sofa with plenty of storage space. The staff were fantastic and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for early morning flights. They offer breakfast upon request and you can order it the day before to have it at your preferred time. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants, bars, and shops, providing plenty of options for dining and shopping.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a watery amusement park was great. The hotel was placed within 0.5 miles of the airport.

The rooms were not soundproof at all, making it a bit noisy at times. there were no fridges or hair dryers in the rooms, which would have been a nice convenience.

It's my first option in Kuta, thanks. The hotel seems like a unique base for one night. The venue is set in a good and incredible location just off the beach and shops selling souvenir items, the water park Waterbomb and restaurants, beach, airport. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the bathrooms are clean. The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

The hotel's location is superb and very close to the beach. You can easily walk to the stores and many good restaurants. The service is friendly and attentive. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable with good amenities. The breakfast is a-la-carte, with a wide variety of tasty dishes. The bathroom is big and has all you need to enjoy a relaxing bath. there is an inviting pool where you can unwind after a busy day.

The pool area could use more lounge chairs to accommodate more guests comfortably.
